From the time we contacted Kathy a few years ago to evaluate our house until the time the sale closed, Kathy was very professional and exercised the proper level of communication.
When we were finally ready to sell, Kathy developed a plan and provided us with resources and tools to complete the sale and move easily. Kathy was a "one stop shop" in terms of selling an d moving. In addition to here excellent real estate skill, she had contacts with very professional moving and estate sale companies. The entire process including listing our house, moving and selling and cleaning out our house could not have been easier. Even when the first contract for selling our house had to be terminated, Kathy had a backup buyer who wanted our house. What could have been a difficult situation was handled with care and dispatch. If we could we would have rated Kathy with an "11".
Searching for a new place to call home can be very difficult when there are certain aspects that are very important to a couple, yet rare to find in this region.
When we started on the journey to find a place to call ours, we had no intention of purchasing land and building a new home. Kathy worked with us for many months, through many challenges, to find us the right place. Surprisingly, we stumbled upon a piece of land for sale and fell in love with it! Unfortunately, it was out of our price range and our offer was not accepted. We continued to pursue other ventures, but no success was ever obtained with any other homes. As fate would have it, the land we fell in love with in the beginning came around to us again and we were able to work with the land owner to purchase it. It never would have happened without Kathy and her diligent work on both nights and weekends to get us the land of our dreams. We highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a person who will really pay attention to what your needs and wants are and work tirelessly to find you the right place. She feels like family to us and have really enjoyed working with her this year. I worked with Kathy to buy a house in Kenosha over the summer.
She was amazing. I made two trips to the area to look at houses with her (the market was very fast there-but Kathy kept looking tirelessly for a house that would suit our needs). She was resourceful, and used virtual showings via Skype to show us new property options. After a long search, we wound up going through multiple offers on two houses and finally closed on the third. Kathy's communication was AWESOME. We always knew what was going on, and frequently asked additional questions that she always found the answer to. I would highly recommend her and will definitely do business with her again in the future! Thanks Kathy for all your hard work!
